Can the system work without internet?
Yes. All our automation systems run locally on your home network. Internet adds remote access, but your home continues to function if the connection drops.
How does a touchscreen differ from a phone app?
Wall-mounted touchscreens are always on, always in place. They provide instant access for anyone in the household without finding a phone or logging in.
What is Josh AI?
A natural language voice control system designed specifically for smart homes. Unlike Alexa or Google, Josh understands context and integrates deeply with Savant and other platforms.
